Overall this game is just better than Undertale. The UI is significantly improved, there are multiple saves, and much more. The fact that you have allies adds so much to the game. Undertale had some characters that appear throughout the story, but it feels much more personal when they are actually with you all the time. It also vastly improves the tactical side of combat. While Undertale did give you choices, it didn't have much strategy, but coordinating three different moves (and health bars) allow for so much more. TP is also a genius addition, perfectly linking the bullet-hell and RPG parts of combat.
