As always with Bourdain, every chapter is filled with profanity laden descriptions of everything from kitchens, television shows and fellow chefs. While some of the beliefs and kitchen attitudes have changed by 2025, it's still an amazing look into the wit, humor, and intelligence of the late great author and host.
