Rated Into Thin Air: A Personal Account of the Mount Everest Disaster 10/10

I knew I was going to rate this book very highly. I knew a fair bit of the 1996 Everest disaster before reading this. Even though I’ve never done any mountaineering, this book has made me think about it a lot during the days I was reading it. I also watched a lot of YT videos about mountaineering and ascents/descents of various of the tallest peaks.
Doing a proper trek - not climbing anything tall - in Nepal/Pakistan has become a stronger urge.
