Rated Redshirts 6/10

This is a fun, easy read. It takes the idea of the Star Trek "red shirts" always dying and exaggerates and does a Rosencrantz and Guildenstern with it. The ending then goes "Red Dwarf: Back on Earth"/"Stranger Than Fiction" type of thing and gets a little odd. There's some extra stories at the end I found interesting. The first one neither I nor my husband cared for. With my husband to the point that he didn't read the rest of the extra stories, which is too bad because the others were much better. They were the more serious, reflection-inducing parts of the book. Overall, not bad. Something you can pick up and read quickly non-stop over a day or two.
