Rated The Night of the Hunter 10/10

This does not feel or even look like a film from 1955, and it's his only (and first) film!?!? holy shit! This film is incredibly intense with the plot. characters, and music. The cinematography Is something that utter fucking astounds me for something that was again someone's first film and again from 1955! My only complaint now is that I wished Laughton made more films, but didn't due to how people thought of this film when it came out in 1955...anyways if you love thrillers I think you should definitely check this film out! 5/5
