Rated Paladin's Grace 10/10

I was looking at the library for the new [a:T. Kingfisher|7367300|T. Kingfisher|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1642281799p2/7367300.jpg] novel and I had to put it on hold, so I got this older one as I've liked most of her books that I've read. It is very good, starts off very dramatically and then shifts to three years later. It is a bit more on the romance/romantasy side than I had expected but there's also a lot of politics, mystery, magic and fighting in it. I enjoyed it and have the sequel on my TBR pile.
