Rated Sunrise on the Reaping 10/10

I had to give it five stars because it is such a page turner, which must be challenging when you know the main character is going to survive and is going to win the Hunger Games. It was almost too heavy with all the misery inflicted on Haymitch throughout the book, but it was satisfying to see the earlier appearances of some of the characters from the first trilogy.
