Reviewed Harrow the Ninth

Wow. Great -- some of the choices made me almost angry at the author, but she definitely knew what she was doing. Also a few times there was a very effective tonal whiplash when someone (usually the ten thousand year old Emperor) would make a modern day meme reference in the middle of a serious section of the book. I will not be able to stop myself from reading the third book in the trilogy.
