Rated Before Midnight 8/10

This is another one I've been meaning to watch since it came out. When was that again? Godammit. Beautiful movie, sort of difficult and bittersweet to watch. But it really speaks to the charm and the chemistry of Hawke and Delpy that they are able to make this feel so real and vivid and engaging. It's not a fairy tale, but a story about real love. Love that has grown beyond passion and romance. Probably the most conventional movie of the 3. But something about it kind of works. Like it's the admission that, as you get older, you have fewer of those times where time seems to stretch out and encounters last forever or whatever. Life comes at you fast. Good movie. Kinda makes me want to watch the other 2 again, it's been a long time. Also I would like to hang out with Ethan Hawke...he seems like a solid dude.
