A very fun movie and I LOVED Robert Pattinson in this I gotta say though I'm kinda tired of political leader satires... The premise is basically if you expanded the ending of Don't Look Up, and Mark Ruffalo played Marshall like a direct caricature of Trump which is nothing new I guess I'm just tired of seeing the petty squabbles of men in power, which was most of the second half. It's not very fun when the satire is no longer an exaggeration Anyway I think the bits at the end showing their little society continue on was really neat, including the court (which was shown earlier but I didn't realise was on the ship itself??) and all the researchers, I would have liked to see how their society functions isolated from earth and without their former leader The movie also kept pointing out the obvious. Like obviously the bugs saved Mickey, we didn't need a flashback or a two minute discussion about it Anyway I really want to go read the book because based on how Mickey narrates I think I will like it a lot EDIT: One more thing though this is one movie I think was MISSING a gratuitous sex scene. Like when Nasha finally is in bed with two Mickeys we should've gotten more like this movie NEEDED to be MORE freaky with it. Give me at the very least a Challengers scene
