Rated Ever After 8/10

Another movie I’d only seen on vhs when I was very little, but it sure made an impression I feel like I remember so much of this, and I don't think I’ve ever felt so sympathetic towards the evil stepmother in any other version of this story. They did so much good historical work about the renaissance, felt good to take my art history minor for a walk around the block, you can almost nail this down to a precise year which is crazy. and Jesus D. Barrymore and A Huston are actors, huh. Watching them play off each other is a damn treat.
