This review may contain spoilers. Most of my notes here are about the record player, no way are those shellac 78s they’re too wide, does no one know how to set a second player to 78? Maybe the kid just doesn’t know, turning it with the finger’s a great horror movie gag — omg that is nowhere near fast enough, maybe the roadie will, nope that’s still only like 45, probably you could’ve just played it at 45, sound effects cool though And Even as a demon the sister finds a way to needle in an I told you so real sibling shit A couple of the gags really got me (negative) but there’s some cool camera stuff and inventive takes on the idea of being in an isolated “cabin” which I liked. making the deadites motherhood/pregnancy makes this, ~elevated~, I guess? Kinda cheap
