I loved the "5 Whys" lesson from Toyota. I loved the idea of expanding and narrowing questions.<br/><br/>I loved the idea of a "mission question" instead of a "mission statement".<br/><br/>This is a tentative 4 stars. I'd give it 3.5 if I could where 3 == 'okay' and 4 == "Recommended with few caveats".<br/><br/>The book was 2x longer than it needed to be. It felt like the author was going for "long enough" to be published in a certain category.
