A very enjoyable read. The author clearly has passion on this topic and it comes through.<br/><br/>I was really drawn to his discussion on the importance of people: growing people, teaching people, empowering people. It gave me a much broader notion of how to more successful. I appreciate more now how one will always be limited by what can be done in a day. The only way to expand your influence is to lead others in the direction you want to go.<br/><br/>The book was mostly anecdote, which is fine, but it lacked some rigor I have come to want from these types of books. My only reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.
