Rated One Battle After Another 8/10

PTA getting Lockjaw on screen in 2025 is an impressive feat on its own, but it is an excellent movie even ignoring the variety of ways in which it feels especially relevent. Car chase is obviously an incredible piece of film-making, everyone's performances are top notch, and it tells a beautiful and tragic story. There's obviously been a lot of discourse around this movie, I really recommend watching and forming your own opinions. There are things I didn't love, Perfidia's hypersexualization for example, but it really won me over throughout its, admittedly long, runtime.
