A nice and spooky (but not overly scary) haunted house movie! It was interesting to have a ghost story focused on investigation/research instead of jump scares and weird stuff. I thought it could tie into John's grief a little more in the last act, but it was still solid. Plus it was filmed in Seattle, so it was fun to do the Leo Point on certain outdoor shots.
