Rated Seduction: The Cruel Woman 5/10

It feels a little cheap to compare this to the work of Ulrike Ottinger—it's basically just a game of “name a queer female German filmmaker active in the 1980s”—but there are certainly ways in which this brought to mind, in particular, Dorian Gray in the Mirror of the Yellow Press. Mind you, it's been a long time since I saw any of Ottinger's work.
