Incoherent but enjoyable. Jonah Hill's New Orleans patois is terrible. It skips around in Moondog's disjointed story - any potential regret or shame quickly moving out of frame. I see this film as a collection of pretty funny bits with the supporting cast - that are genuinely great - connected by not much.
