Rated The Phoenix Project: A Novel About IT, DevOps, and Helping Your Business Win 4/10

This book works well as a less-than-formal introduction to some aspects of IT management and their connection to the goals of a business as a whole. As a novel? Not so much. With mostly unidimensional characters and transparent advocacy of certain ideas, The Phoenix Project sometimes feels like a Chick tract or, as many other reviewers pointed out, an Ayn Rand novel (but, thankfully, less loquacious). Still, the book flows easily enough to prevent reading it from being a waste of time.
