[story finished after 17h] story: 4.5⭐ game design: 4⭐ gameplay: 3.5⭐ music & sound design: 4.5⭐ ui: 4⭐ [no spoiler] while the James Bond movie license has been struggling to find a new 007 for the past 6 years, IO Interactive offers us a fresh new vision of the character. as a big James Bond fan, i was hyped for this game mainly for the story, and it did not disappoint! Patrick Gibson plays it well and it's fun to see a younger James Bond, learning to be a secret agent. made me think of Kingsman from time to time. i won't say more about the story cause i don't wanna spoil, but it had everything you'd expect from a James Bond movie. the casting is a bit of a waste tho, since the bigger names (Lenny Kravitz and Gemma Chan) only play smaller roles. the gameplay is fun, pretty classic of a linear action game, but still fun. it's very cinematic, especially the fights that are way cooler than i thought. i think the infiltrations can be pretty stupid sometimes but they're still great. the music is awesome, i played the opening on repeat for the past month. and i'm waiting for the full ost to be released. reeeeaally looking forward to what comes next!!
