Rated John Carter 4/10

John Carter looks fantastic. The cinematography and set design are wonderful. It seems, though, that the makers forgot that plot, dialogue and acting are also important parts of making a movie. John Carter's biggest crime is that it is completely forgettable. As I write this I can't think of a single thing that happened that was important to the outcome of the story.
