Rated Brief History of a Family 7/10

This movie was a really cool look at modern life in China, which was so different from what you usually see in Western films. The whole story felt super real, especially how it showed family relationships and the pressure everyone feels to perform. I thought the visuals were stunning. the sets and the way they used subtle clues to hint at what was coming were interesting. I'm still not totally sure how I feel about the ending; it felt like you could interpret it in a few different ways. Overall, the movie was really interesting and did a great job of showing complex emotions in a believable way, even if I didn't completely connect with the main message. It was like listening to someone I don't agree with, but I still understood where they were coming from.
