Rated I Love Boosters 4/10
I wish I liked this more. There’s a lot of good stuff. Obviously I liked the themes and message, even if it was more than a little on the nose. And the colors and costumes were great. But so much of it just fell completely flat. Lots of jokes that on paper are funny, but didn’t land at all due to the pacing, editing, audio mixing, etc. Whole thing just felt a little off. I wish the movie had a quarter of the energy the trailers for it had.
