Rated Never Let Me Go 10/10

Ishiguro is so, so good at writing around the emotions, so that the depth of sadness of what he's writing about comes through without him having to say it explicitly. This is a gut-punch-good, strange and sad book. <br/><br/>UPDATE, later on: i feel i have to mention that i was just achingly depressed for like three days after reading this book. still worth it, because it's so well done, but reader beware.
