I liked the plot a lot. Great read for senior engineers, stressing the need to be focusing on solving business problems instead of playing inside the technology sandbox. At the same time, business managers could pick up the importance of engineering for the survival of the enterprise, and how engineers tick. The last point might be somewhat hard to read through for non-engineers.
