Each chapter of the book starts with a story from authors' combat experience in Iraq, then morale of the story is summarized in a leadership principle, after which comes a story from a business context, illustrating the same principle.<br/><br/>After reading "Turn the Ship Around" and "Team of Teams" I didn't expect the military aspect of this book to be so off-putting for me, but it was. Nonetheless, I found the principles helpful – especially taking responsibility and leading up the chain.
