I definitely found the message of the book important: using a higher purpose to motivate others on emotional level, not through rational plans and goals. The book did a great job explaining WHY that is important through many stories of well-known companies and leaders.<br/><br/>Where I found the book falling short, is on covering "what" and "how", although it mentions that those are crucially important too and "why" alone won't cut it. I also found the stories somewhat repetitive. The book could deliver the same message in twice as short form for sure.
