Rated How to Measure Anything: Finding the Value of "Intangibles" in Business 10/10
Very thorough, no fluff treatment of a very important subject. Main takeaway for me was the focus on uncertainty measurement and reduction, as opposed to uncertainty elimination.

After reading this book, one can indeed enthusiastically start measuring everything, which is definitely not author's intention. When stakes are high, however, one can quantify how much uncertainty reduction is economically justified, and then know how to conduct the necessary measurements.

I wish the book contained even more little anecdote of practical measurements of seemingly intangible things. Nonetheless, the book is well written and wasn't too dry.
