Rated The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference 6/10
The author dissects several viral changes in society to highlight the three factors necessary for the change to tip and reach an epidemic spread:

1. The law of the few - some change agents (the author calls them connectors, mavens and salespeople) are more vital for the change to happen then others.
2. The stickiness factor - if the message itself is not sticky enough, it won't get viral.
3. The power of context - whether the target audience will response to the message is highly dependent on the environment.

This change model seems pretty obvious and generic... because it is. Nonetheless the books is full of entertaining stories supporting the model.
