The Running Lean method can be summarized in 3 steps:<br/>1. Document Your Plan A<br/>2. Prioritize the Riskiest Parts of the Plan<br/>3. Run Experiments to Test Your Plan<br/><br/>In this book Ash Maurya describes in detail which techniques did work for him on each step of a startup lifecycle. I highly recommend this book to anyone being serious about running a startup instead of just being interested in the new Lean Startup hype.
