Rated The Remains of the Day 8/10

Completely unexpected, since my knowledge of Japanese authors is limited to Haruki Murakami. This book is pretty amazing, but I struggle to describe my impression in words.

The pace is quite slow, but the book is never boring and flows very well. Stevens is one of the best developed characters I have met, despite him also being the narrator. Definitely worth your time!
