Rated Paper Moon 8/10

Although this movie does fall victim to the "the kid is inexplicably the smartest person in the room" trope, it does it in such a sweet way that it's hard to hold it against it. The father-daughter duo play so well against each other, it makes for a classic buddy road movie. Heartwarming without too much schlock.
