First off, there is no reason this movie is 3 hours long.  Could easily cut 30-45 mins from this overbloated behemoth.  I liked the device of showing the Hollywood from 4 character perspectives. However those characters dipped in an out of each others stories in a confusing manner..  Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt could have been reading phone books and it would have still been interesting to watch. Unfortunately the movie treated all 4 perspectives equally. Ultimately the story telling was chaotic. If used properly, chaos can be a powerful tool but it was overused which exhausted this audience member. At the end I wasn’t quite sure what I saw but was glad I did.
