Rated Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 7/10

Recaptures the magic from its predecessor. I continue to be amazed at the visuals. The sporadic use of “comic book” style showed true restraint.  The story balances comedy and drama; History/Nostalgia and the future.  Love how multiple Spider people from multiple universes is standard. It allows for some creative storytelling.  Didn’t love the negative spin on Miguel. Didn't love that Miles was left in the dark through most of the movie for plot reasons. Didn’t like it being a cliffhanger ending. Didn’t love how long the whole movie was (plenty of places where some fat could’ve been cut). However, I still really enjoyed this movie.
