Always dig it when irresponsible companies get raked across the coals. Unfortunately the real life story stretches over several years, so the movie is too jumpy.  It is still an important story so it's worth overlooking.  Mark Ruffalo is magnificent, continuing his "They KNEW" roles. Bill Camp played William Tennant and I don't think I understood a word he said.  Anne Hathaway swings for the fences at the end to overcompensate for a fairly weak part.
