Rated The Mitchells vs. the Machines 7/10

Super cute. Plenty of breadcrumbs scattered throughout the story to allow for a bunch of callbacks. Father/daughter relationship hit home, especially preparing to send the daughter off to school. Got a little saccharine at times but had the awareness not to dwell too long on the sap.  Felt like one of the unoriginal animated films where favors were cashed in to prop up a mediocre story. Instead it was like they just decided to make it good. Like they forgot to be mediocre.
