Rated Indiana Jones and the Great Circle 9/10

This game is a much better outlet than the Wolfenstein series for MachineGames penchant towards frequent long cutscenes. Thanks to the quality of the voice acting and direction I never found myself wanting to skip them, something that can’t be said for Wolfenstein. The open-world areas in the game are full of rich details and life that feel just like the background of scenes in a movie (as least the first few times you walk through them) The focus on improvised weapons in melee combat was a lot of fun, as were the disguises and stealth. From a game mechanics standpoint the final encounter was a bit of a letdown but overall there were a lot of fresh ideas here and most of them worked.
