Rated Pokémon: The First Movie 4/10

I'm not going to pretend to be some Pokemon expert, because I'm not, I barely know anything about Pokemon in fact. The most I know about Pokemon is the "Detective Pikachu" movie and the monsters who appear on Super Smash Bros. Anyway, it was watching "Detective Pikachu" that made me interested in seeing what the animated movies were like, understand a bit better of the lore. This movie was interesting. It had a decent storyline, until the ending where it went for every kids movie cliche under the sun, which is unfortunate, because up until the ending, it was actually enjoyable, as bad the voice acting could be at times. So, it's enjoyable if you're not expecting much out of a kids movie, but in terms of quality, a terrible overly-cliched ending, and bad voice acting really brings the movie down.
