Rated A Wish for Wings That Work 4/10

I love Bloom County, it's my favorite comic strip of all time. So, of course I was going to watch this. Unfortunately, this on-screen adaption of the book by the same name falls under the trap of being too literal to the book. What works in books doesn't always work on screen. Things have to change some. This is basically a literal recreation of the book. It just doesn't work too well. Now, it has heart and there are some fun moments, plus it's amazing to see Bill & Opus on screen, but yeah, it's nothing great. 2.5/5 = Mediocre
