Rated Of Miracles and Men 6/10

"Miracle" has always been one of my favorite movies, and hockey has always been my favorite sport. My favorite team? Detroit Red Wings. I always knew of the miracle on ice, but only knew the American side of the story. I knew nothing about the Russians other than them being the best in the world and having two future Red Wings. I was pretty much just expecting this documentary to be the Russian view of the miracle on ice, but it was so much more. It was a documentary of the history of hockey in Russia. It gave us the stories of it's players and coaches. How the Russian version of hockey was created. It was amazing to see and a genuine joy to watch. If I have any criticisms it's that I think it went on a bit too long. Other than that, it's fantastic and highly recommend to anyone who loves sports history, especially hockey. 3.5/5 = Pretty good
