Rated The Adventures of Tintin 8/10

This is one of my favorite movies of all-time and I believe it to be one of the best animated movies ever made. I have never had more fun while watching an animated movie. It's a ridiculous, over-the-top adventure that at times is reminiscent of Pirates of the Caribbean (my favorite movie series). The action sequences are so ridiculous, but that's what makes it fun. The characters just treating all this as if it's nothing out of the ordinary or something to worry about, like, when they destroy a city near the end. The characters are pretty fun and fascinating as well as you unravel the mystery of Sir Francis and his treasure. Haddox is a treat to watch, and Sakharine is a genuinely good villain who is always a step ahead and keeps our heroes on their toes. I love this movie, and please Peter Jackson make the sequel that you've been promising for about a decade now.
